Pork jowl is a cut that is flat and grilled-friendly because of its fat layer through the meat, it’s tender and cook really fast. This simple and quick grilled pork jowl with Korean Gochujang sauce is rich in savoury-spicy and sweet caramelised flavours, great to pair it with rice, salad, sandwich etc..

About Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker: The Ninja Foodi that I’m using is a combination of a pressure cooker and air fryer in one appliance, it’s super-efficient and time-saving. Besides pressure cooking and air frying, there are other functions such as steam, slow cook, sear/ saute, bake/ roast, grill, dehydrate, sous vide, yoghurt, and keep warm. This cooker really helps in preparing quick meals without hassle which I would highly recommend to everyone who loves easy and hassle-free cooking with lesser pots and pans to wash.
