French Macaron Recipe – The Spices of Life

- 1 3/4 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup almond flour

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, almond or mint concentrate

- Exceptional gear: Oven with convection setting, 4 preparing sheets, 3 silicone heating mats, Fine-work sifter, Pastry sack with 1/4-inch round tip
- Preheat the stove to 300 degrees F utilizing the convection setting. Line 3 heating sheets with silicone mats. Measure the confectioners’ sugar and almond flour by spooning them into estimating cups and leveling with a blade. Move to a bowl; rush to consolidate.

- Tint the player with 2 drops lemon yellow gel nourishment shading; enhance with vanilla concentrate. For the filling, press 3/4 cup pineapple jam through a strainer, disposing of any enormous pieces.
