1 cup medium grind cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup melted butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
Heat oven to 350 F.
