These quick + easy 20-Minute Granola Bars are soft, chewy and healthy. They are perfect for a healthy on-the-go breakfast, post workout snack or lunchbox treat. Irresistible No-Bake Granola Bites
Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins
Heavenly Hunks Copycat (Chocolate Chip Oat Bites)
Servings 12 bars
- 2 cups oats
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup what bran or germ
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup honey
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup seeds/dried fruit/mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
Combine dry ingredients
Combine wet ingredients
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combined
Fold in mix-ins
Add mixture to prepared sheet pan and flatten.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, or until golden.
Allow to cool fully, lift the parchment paper off the sheet pan and cut into bars.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
